At Yatrify Travel, we understand that travel plans can change. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is designed to be transparent and fair, while considering the commitments we make to our hotel, transport, and experience partners on your behalf.
By booking a trip or tour with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Cancellation Terms

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to [your official email address] or through your assigned travel coordinator.

Cancellations are effective from the date of receipt of your written request.

The refund amount (if applicable) will be calculated after deducting applicable cancellation charges, processing fees, and third-party costs.

3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain components of your trip are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Flights, train tickets, and ferry bookings once issued

Visa, insurance, or permit charges

Last-minute hotel bookings, activities, or upgrades

Any service booked under a non-refundable promotional rate
4. Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days after written cancellation confirmation.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for booking.

Delays may occur if third-party partners (such as airlines or hotels) take longer to process refunds.
5. No Refund Situations
No refund will be issued if:

The traveler does not show up at the departure location.

The traveler leaves the tour midway for personal or medical reasons.

The tour is disrupted due to natural calamities, political unrest, strikes, or any event beyond Yatrify Travel’s control (Force Majeure).

The traveler provides incomplete or incorrect information leading to booking errors or cancellations (e.g., invalid ID, wrong travel dates).
6. Partial Refunds & Adjustments
If a tour or service is partially utilized, refunds will be processed after deducting the cost of services already used and applicable operational expenses.
Please note that unused services, such as missed meals or activities, are non-refundable.
7. Amendments & Rescheduling

If you wish to change travel dates or modify your booking, requests will be subject to availability and partner policies.

Date change fees or fare differences may apply.

Rescheduling within 10 days of departure is treated as a cancellation and will attract standard cancellation charges.
8. Cancellations by Yatrify Travel
In rare cases where Yatrify Travel must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (minimum group size not met, safety concerns, natural disasters, etc.):

You may opt for an alternate tour/date, or

Receive a full refund, excluding minimal administrative or transaction fees.
In such cases, no additional compensation or reimbursement for expenses (like visa or travel insurance) will be provided.
9. Force Majeure Clause
Yatrify Travel is not responsible for any delay or cancellation due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, landslides)

Strikes, lockdowns, or government orders

Political unrest or transportation cancellations
In such situations, refund or rescheduling decisions will depend on our suppliers’ policies.
