Terms & Conditions | Yatrify Travel

Welcome to Yatrify Travel (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions define how you, the user (“you,” “traveler,” or “customer”), interact with our website www.yatrify.in and services.


By accessing our website or booking a trip, you agree to comply with and be bound by all the clauses listed below. This document governs your relationship with Yatrify Travel and the use of our services.

1. Tour Price

Tour prices are dynamic and may vary based on the total number of participants, hotel availability, or operational factors. Prices may change before departure due to fuel costs, airline/rail charges, or taxes. Any increase must be paid before your trip begins.
 

2. Accommodations

In remote or high-altitude regions, luxury amenities such as 24-hour electricity, hot water, or Wi-Fi may not be available. We appreciate your understanding as an adventure traveler.

3. Room Categories

All packages are based on standard room categories unless specified otherwise. Upgrades can be requested directly at the hotel and are subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Similar Accommodation

In case of large groups or limited availability, we may use multiple hotels of similar category. Efforts will be made to maintain uniform quality, but variations may occur.

5. Special Requests

Requests like early check-in, specific room types, or views are subject to availability and may incur additional costs payable by the traveler.

6. Meal Plans

Meal options typically include buffet or fixed menus. À la carte meals, snacks, drinks, and desserts are not included unless specified. Additional items will be chargeable as per hotel policy.

7. Alcohol Consumption

We do not promote alcohol consumption, especially in high-altitude regions. However, if permitted by the hotel, travelers must follow local and property-specific rules.

8. Triple Sharing Rooms

Triple sharing accommodations include an extra mattress, not a full-sized additional bed.

9. Water & Electricity

In hill stations, water and electricity supply may be limited. Some hotels operate on scheduled timings for hot/cold water. We request your cooperation and understanding.

10. ID Requirements

It is mandatory for all travelers to submit valid Government Photo ID proofs before check-in, as required by local authorities. Please share your IDs with your assigned travel coordinator or sales agent for smooth check-in.

11. Camp Accommodations

Camps at destinations like Sarchu, Nubra, Pangong, Jispa, Chandratal, etc., are basic in nature. While Swiss camps may have attached washrooms, hot running water and continuous electricity may not be available due to location constraints.

12. Vehicle Usage & Delays

  • The vehicle provided is for the itinerary only, not for personal use.

  • Delays may occur due to traffic, strikes, or unforeseen events. Please remain patient and cooperative.

  • No AC will be available in vehicles like Tempo Traveller, Innova, Scorpio, or similar models in hilly regions.

13. Volvo Bus Journeys

  • Volvo buses (e.g., Delhi to Manali routes) are operated by third-party vendors.

  • In case of breakdowns, replacement arrangements will be made, but may take time.

  • Meal stops are pre-decided by vendors and may not be altered.

14. Tour Program & Attendance

Travelers are expected to adhere to the itinerary. Missing scheduled departures or leaving the tour early will result in forfeiture of unused services without refund.

15. Discontinuation of Tour

If you discontinue your tour due to illness, personal reasons, or loss of documents, no refunds will be issued for unused services.

16. Pre-Tour Services

If you avail of pre-tour services but fail to join the main tour, no refund will be provided for the unutilized portion.

17. Behavior & Conduct

Yatrify Travel reserves the right to remove any traveler from the group for misconduct or disruptive behavior. Such individuals will not be eligible for refunds.

18. Liabilities

  • Yatrify Travel’s liability extends only to services booked directly with us.

  • We act as intermediaries between customers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transporters, etc.) and are not liable for third-party errors or delays.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booked tour.

19. Booking Through Agents

When booking through a travel agent, your contract is primarily with them. Yatrify Travel acts as a supplier and is not responsible for errors or omissions made by the agent.

20. Scheme Changes

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotional schemes, discounts, or offers at any time without prior notice.

21. Brochure & Website Accuracy

All information in our brochures or on our website is provided in good faith. However, descriptions of services, hotels, or destinations may change due to external circumstances beyond our control.

22. Force Majeure

Yatrify Travel shall not be held liable for any loss, delay, or inconvenience caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or government restrictions. Any additional costs arising due to such events will be borne by the traveler.

23. Health & Safety

  • Travelers must be in good physical condition suitable for the chosen trip.

  • We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance covering illness, accidents, or cancellations.

  • Yatrify Travel is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or accidents during the trip.

24. Bike Tours (if applicable)

For biking expeditions organized by Yatrify Travel:

  • Riders must hold a valid license and have at least one year of riding experience.

  • Riding is at your own risk; helmets and protective gear are mandatory.

  • Alcohol, smoking, and drug use during the ride are strictly prohibited.

  • Unsafe behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.

  • The company reserves the right to deny participation based on safety concerns.

25. Complaints & Claims

Any complaints regarding service providers must be reported in writing to our tour manager and copied to Yatrify Travel.
Claims must be submitted within 10 days after the tour ends. Claims beyond this period will not be entertained.

26. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India, and the courts of [Your City, India] shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

27. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking or accessing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
